Ideal for sponge cake, chiffon cake, cream cake, Nagasaki cake, western pastry, Japanese pastries, brass gong burning, cannibal, tempura, biscuit, muffin, cookies & etc.

Perfect for cakes. Very fine as it has been milled to a very smooth and light texture. Tight and fine cake structure and carries a light golden colour after baking. Maintains the moisture in the cake.
