In 2006, our company merged Nitto Seifun Co., Ltd. and Fuji Seifun Co., Ltd. to become Nitto Fuji Seifun Co., Ltd., strengthening our corporate structure and expanding our business scale. Furthermore, in 2007, we became a consolidated subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and are promoting business development that takes full advantage of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group's integrated value chain from production to retail. We entered into a business partnership agreement with Masuda Flour Milling Co., Ltd. in 2009 and have been collaborating in various fields, but in February 2018 we made a tender offer for the company's shares and made it a wholly owned subsidiary.
